    • Admin Client Support Specialist Minneapolis, MN, United States

      This new and dynamic position will provide professional and efficient client and administrative support by owning a variety of mid-level administrative tasks and projects, from conception to completion; areas of responsibility include documentation management, customer satisfaction, reporting and data formatting and communication follow up with employees, clients, prospects and vendors. Individuals who we see being successful in this position, enjoy researching and mining for information, are quick to learn and adopt new technology, are task masters, and are all about the details!

      Every day will be different in this position! Over the course of a week, you can expect to encounter several of the following tasks and projects

      Client Support:

      • Drives end to end client setup including contract and project setup for Warner Connect and TechAir Group business units.
      • Manages and documents ‘block hours’ for new and existing clients and communicates pertinent client specifics to internal and external resources when needed.
      • Executes regular and ad-hoc reports for both TechAir Group and Warner Connect business groups, using different software systems, with a consistent and accurate cadence; organizes, formats and updates data in multiple dashboards, spreadsheets and systems at CEO’s request.
      • Reports may include but are not limited to, billable hours and resource productivity, ticket queue, customer satisfaction, employee paid time off and KPI/metric performance.
      • Conducts product research through vendor websites; finds appropriate hardware, features, models, licensor information and documenting the best product for the customer.
        • Produces a formal quote via AutoTask complete with part number, make and model and estimated price.
      • Plans, monitors and records software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and maintains contractual partnership commitments for TechAir Group partners and vendors.

      Communication management:

        • Serves as communication liaison between Warner Connect Executives and internal and external clients; drafts and send out pertinent communication, schedules meetings (reoccurring and one-off) and delegates preparatory and post direction to executive team for meetings, projects and initiatives.
        • Assists Executives with calendar management; proactively monitors calendars, ensures calendars are up to date, double booking is avoided and personal appointments are kept private and intact.
        • Receives and prioritizes communication from internal or external resources and determines the urgency, sensitivity and overall nature of the communication and how to effectively respond.
        • Assists with ad-hoc travel arrangements including air travel, hotel booking, car rental etc.


        • Transcribes and documents meeting minutes, ideas and brain storming sessions into consistent and organized format via MS Word. Circulates, files or cascades notes and minutes to appropriate resources at the CEO’s direction providing action items to resources as Executives’ discretion.
        • Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams, agendas and policy updating for meeting and project preparation and presentation.

      Important skills & experience to have:

      • Advanced (expert preferred) level skill in MS Office suite; Excel, Word, Visio & PowerPoint. Note: Qualified candidates should be able to create and manipulate pivot tables, work between workbooks, work with formulas and create charts and graphs. MS Word: Ability to format policies and procedures, create multi-level lists and create procedural templates.
      • Ability to quickly pick up technology, software, tasks and projects with limited direction; experience and desire to research and leverage/exhaust resources.
      • Speaks fluent English; is easily understood in communication, and communicates with professionalism, poise and social grace both verbal and written.
      • Innately intuitive; demonstrates high level of EIQ (emotional intelligence) by quickly learning the individual nuances of working with different leaders and tailors his or her communication, interactions and actions accordingly for optimal working relationships and work efficiency

    • Pre-Sales Lead Specialist Fridley, MN, United States

      Warner Connect is in search of a pre-sales ace to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will own and spearhead the crucial project of assessing and increasing the quality of each Lead, within our CRM database by executing prospect outreach and information gathering. Individual's who are metric and task driven, professional and charismatic and exceptionally efficient will find both this project and Warner Connect's environment both rewarding and engaging. We anticipate the project to last somewhere between 4-8 weeks.

      This project has three primary functions to be executed on a daily basis:

      Lead Outreach:
      Review and consider information within each lead and identify missing information. Reach out to point of contact in each lead via telephone with intent of connecting with the company 'gatekeeper' or 'influencer'.

      Information Retrieval:
      Upon connecting with the gatekeeper or appropriate influencer of the organization, the Pre-Sales Lead Specialist will foster rapport and credibility through professional and creative presentation, ask a series of questions and confirm information including but not limited to, the organization's:

            -Name & email of IT point person 
            -Current IT Strategy (in house or outsourced)

      Lead Completion:
      After retrieving the correct information, the Pre-Sales Lead Specialist will enter these details into the corresponding lead in the CRM database and notate the lead as 'complete'. 

      This individual will reach out to 120+ organization's each day, and target connecting with approximately 12-15% gatekeepers and influencers.

      To be successful on this project, qualified candidate's will have:
      -No call reluctance with previous cold and warm calling experience
      -General understanding of CRM system AND an overall aptitude for quickly picking up and learning new technology
      -Intrinsically motivated, assertive and independent professional characteristics with independent learning and work style.
      -Desire and determination to achieve or exceed metrics
      -Strong emotional intelligence with ability to evaluate and respond appropriately to a variety of audiences

    • Dynamics, CRM Consultant Remote, MN, United States

      While each of TechAir Group's CRM Consultants have their unique technical strengths and subject matter expertise, both they and future Consultants all perform business analysis and ongoing customer consultation, by developing strategic and detailed implementation plans and documents for each project. They also design and create project plans, statements of work, requirements documentation and the overall customization and implementation plan in the CRM system. Most Consultant project work is performed on new and existing client projects with the occasional internal project.

      A day in the life of a TechAir Consultant:

      • Acts as a trusted and solutions advisor to prospective and current TechAir clients by building trust and rapport and providing ongoing consultative expertise and guidance on both strategic and 'in the weeds' topics and questions.
      • Facilitates requirements gathering meetings by actively listening to client’s strategic and long range business needs, pain points and plans for organizational growth and development.
      • Interprets and translates client specifications into CRM application and business requirements.
      • Initiates CRM discovery phase by creating a project plan complete with requirements and anticipated project hours while thoroughly documenting all research and developments.
      • Collaborates with Consultants, Developers and Account Manager for effective resource delegation and assignment on installations, migrations, data cleansing, integrations, and ad-hoc custom developments.
      • Produces a project plan and proposal to client, outlining the time frame and budget needed to complete customer requirements; professionally manages client expectations while delivering exceptional results.
      • Interfaces between the client and Development Team during implementation, keeping the client apprised of project progress and timeline.
      • Delivers end user CRM system training to clients, and provides post-implementation ongoing support as needed.
      Skills and Experience you need in order to be successful as a TechAir Consultant:

      • 3+ years’ experience customizing MS Dynamics CRM or an alternate CRM Solution
      • 2+ years’ experience in requirements prioritization and scope negotiation
      • Functional understanding of MS Dynamics migration, integration or customization or an alternate CRM Solution.

      TechAir Group’s Business Development Executive sets the stage for a successful sales process by generating, developing, qualifying then transitioning warm and hot leads into the sales funnel for a seamless handoff to the Business Development Manager. Through independent planning and execution, this individual contributor will facilitate ten intelligent conversations with key decision makers each day, and strategically position TechAir Group’s value proposition to targeted vertical industries.

      A day in the life!
      Lead Generation:
      • Receives and generates new leads via email marketing campaigns, click dimensions and LinkedIn Navigator; documents information into CRM database and follows up for further lead qualification.
      • Leverages existing CRM database and lead list, placing 100+ cold calls and facilitating ten productive conversations daily with key decision makers, advancing leads from ‘cold’ to ‘warm’.

      Lead Qualification:

      • Develops rapport and credibility with decision makers by exuding competence and demonstrated understanding of prospect’s industry trends, pain points and current data technology landscape.
      • Facilitates conversations with key decision makers posing industry relevant and thought provoking questions, bringing forth pain and cost associated with the lack of a data application strategy.
      • Gathers and documents valuable intelligence relating to prospect’s company size, industry, decision maker name(s), title and contact information for further qualification.
      • Adaptively articulates TechAir Group’s value proposition to a variety of audiences including Government, Non-Profit and Manufacturing industry decision makers.
      • Accurately qualifies and schedules first time appointments (FTAs) between decision maker(s) and TechAir Group’s Business Development Manager; documents qualification details in CRM and sales playbook.

      CRM Maintenance & Documentation:

      • Documents each outreach and conversation in CRM, carefully capturing insights and intelligence including the prospect’s decision and budgetary process, current data technology strategy, perceived understanding of TechAir’s value proposition and timeline for potential decision.
      • Maximizes potential of each lead by creating and executing a ‘follow up routine’ with regular cadence; sets reminders and follows up on leads which pain, money and DM was not previously identified.
      • Designs, document and articulates call tracks and communication strategies when generating leads through cold calling, email campaigning and LinkedIn messaging.
      • Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Teams by participating in adding value to tactical and strategic conversations and tasks including but not limited to driving email campaigns, executing demos, participating in planning sessions and updating call scripts and vertical messaging.

      The Business Development Representative will collaborate with Warner Connect's Sales & Marketing Team regularly and works with autonomy and latitude to drive lead generation through cold calling, value proposition messaging, social selling and networking and setting first time appointments (FTA's), for the Business Development Manager.

      A day in the life!

      Lead Generation

      • Partners with Sales & Marketing Teams to create, refine and professionally articulate Warner Connect’s unique and differentiating value proposition and diversified solutions to prospective clients via phone and social media avenues
      • Reaches out to prospects by phone to identify key decision makers and qualify leads; places 100+ cold calls daily
      • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and adaptability when assessing different audiences; gathers and leverages valuable 'insights' that can be used to establish credibility and rapport with prospects through phone and email communication
      • Asks pointed and qualifying questions with each prospect, with intent to understand current technology landscape, pain and opportunities to enhance IT performance and employee productivity
      • Strives to set five (5) FTA's, based upon cold calling activity

      Prospect Management

      • References prospect information and documentation in Dynamics CRM tool and determines prospects who should be followed up on
      • Records each prospect outreach and communication made, in Dynamics CRM system ensuring all company qualifying details are documented with accuracy
      • Leverages LinkedIn Navigator daily by gathering valuable prospect insights, engaging with prospects and audience, and crafting InMail messages with intent of generating leads
